How long will my order take to arrive?
KurnoolBazar tries to deliver goods as early as possible. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing order, you will receive an email/SMS containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. However, delivery may take longer and we are not responsible for any delay or failure due to direct /indirect forces or causes beyond our control (Viz., Traffic Jams, Vehicle Breakdowns, National Holidays, Natural Calamities, labor strikes, emergency situations and other unforeseen circumstances). In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Hence, In Kurnool city we are offering you free Delivery on all orders of Rs.300 and above, else add Rs.20 for every order (No Minimum Order).
I am not in a town. What would happen to my order?
If we attempt to deliver your order to the shipping address but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the service person will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer care center to re-arrange delivery. There would be Maximum of 2 attempts to re-arrange the delivery and for every re-arranged delivery you would be charged Rs. 40. After 2 failed attempts to deliver your products, we would cancel your order. In case you have already paid for the products we would be deducting the delivery charges for every attempted delivery.
